ZENITH CAR RENTAL

1. Documentation

A copy of valid drivers license (+1year) and proof of residence is required when collecting a vehicle.
2. Pricing

Payment for Full Hire Cost and Refundable deposit is required collection of vehicle
3. Mileage

Fuel Savers =150km(MAX) per day for hires less than 3days, 200km/day for hires more than 3days. Excess mileage 45c/km.
Other vehicles = 250km, excess mileage 65c/km
4. Car Delivery

Delivery of the car is free to Harare CBD for hires 3days or more. Other deliveries within Harare is $15.
5. Return Condition

Car should be returned clean or a cleaning fee will be levied.
6. Emergencies

All accidents or any damages to be reported as soon as possible. Our vehicles do have limited insurance. Some accidents or damages are not covered by insurance and the hirer will pay for the damages. Refer to the Hire contract concerning Insurance 10% surcharge on all insurable accidents.
7. Airport Pickup

Airport pick-up and drop off is available on request. Its free for all hires of 3days of more
8. Smoking

Strictly no smoking in vehicles. Offenders will be penalized and be asked to clean the vehicle
9. Expenses

Fuel, Toll fees, Police fines are the responsibility for the client.
10. Payments

All hires are pre-paid. Payment defaults will attract debt recovery fees, interests and/or litigation fees.
